Order(s) will be shipped within 3 business days. We only ship within the USA. Special arrangements can however be made for customers in Scandinavia, send us an e-mail before you make an order and we will contact you. DAMAGE CLAIMS We cannot accept responsibility for merchandise received in damaged condition. Merchandise can be damaged in transit, even though it was carefully packed and the carton shows no outward evidence of rough handling. Upon receipt of your shipment, if any damage is discovered, concealed or apparent, notify us immediately so we may process a damage claim with UPS. DO NOT DISCARD ORIGINAL CARTON OR ANY PACKING MATERIAL. Please repack it in the same manner in which it was received. Any undamaged items may be removed from the carton except when a damaged guitar is received in a guitar case, the case must be returned also. We will arrange for UPS to pick up the damaged merchandise. Once the merchandise is returned to us, we will then send a replacement. RETURNS We will not accept returned merchandise unless such returns are authorized by us. Please contact us to obtain a RMA number which must be written on the outside of the box. Please, do not write anything else on the outside of the box or otherwise deface the box. All merchandise must be returned in original carton with original packing materials. Any packages arriving C.O.D. will be refused. Returned merchandise must be packed in a protective carton.
